Join us for an immersive and rejuvenating experience for your mind, body, and soul. This event is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to unwind, de-stress, and connect with your inner self.
We will begin with a gentle and relaxing Restorative Yoga session with Nancy Buckle, where you will be guided through a series of supported poses that help release tension and promote deep relaxation. Restorative Yoga is a passive form of yoga that uses props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support the body in a comfortable and effortless way. The focus is on letting go of muscular tension, allowing the body to soften, and the mind to quiet down.
After the yoga session, you will be led through a Sound Healing experience, where you will be bathed in the soothing and healing sounds of crystal singing bowls. The sounds and vibrations will help to calm your mind, release energetic blockages, and restore balance to your body and mind.
During the first round the sounds are intertwined so the body can adapt.
The second round each bowl will be played 3-4 times so each participant can receive the effects of their personal chakra imbalances.
The last round is interwoven again at a higher volume as the energy has cleared more. Each bowl has a purpose for a particular chakra and the sound healer will explain the details at the beginning of the session.
The combination of Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing is a powerful way to release physical, mental, and emotional tension, and promote deep relaxation, inner peace, and wellbeing.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your blanket, and anything else you need to feel comfortable. Stay for tea and snacks afterward for some social time!
We look forward to sharing this beautiful journey with you.
