BUILDING YOUR FOUNDATION
You have always wanted to try yoga but felt too intimidated to join a class at a studio?
Maybe online yoga is just not cutting it because you know you need more attention and instruction that a person on a screen cannot provide you?
You may even have been practicing regularly and wondered why your back sometimes hurts in cobra pose or what to watch for when getting into twists?
Well, you have come to the right place!
You only have to show up exactly as you are, dress in comfortable clothes, and bring along a water bottle. We will take care of the rest.
This workshop has been designed by Live. Breathe. Grow. Yoga Instructor, Jana Fenske. She has curated a 2.5 hour workshop that begins with a detailed breakdown of some of the most widely used foundational yoga poses. This workshop will provide you with a solid foundation of safely practicing these yoga postures for your body and ability for a deeper experience. You will receive a workbook so you can follow along and take notes. To help integrate your learning the workshop will round off with bringing all these poses together in a 30min flow that Jana will lead you through.
This suggested flow has been pre-recorded and will also be made available to you to take home to start/continue with your own practise. This workshop also includes an optional follow up session (one on one or small group) with Jana at 50% OFF our regular Private Lesson Rate!
